1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any tour program with Mohammed Mubarak Al-Qahtani Institution for Tour Organizing (CR 7052065740, MOT License 73109900, VAT TIN 314307150300003), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which operate under the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Tourism and Saudi Vision 2030 hospitality standards.
2. Tour Programs & Regulatory Status
All tour programs are officially organized under Saudi Ministry of Tourism bylaws. The institution holds Commercial Registration No. 7052065740, Ministry of Tourism License No. 73109900, and VAT Tax Identification No. 314307150300003.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Please see our dedicated Cancellation Policy for full details. Summary: cancellations 14+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee; 7–13 days: 50% refund; less than 7 days or no-show: non-refundable.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers must present valid identification, abide by Saudi laws and customs, follow guide instructions, and disclose any medical conditions before the tour. The institution reserves the right to refuse service for safety or compliance reasons.
5. Pricing, VAT & Invoicing
All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and exclude 15% VAT, which is applied at checkout. Electronic invoices are issued under VAT TIN 314307150300003 upon successful payment.
6. Payment Methods
Online bookings are processed through Moyasar, a licensed Saudi payment gateway, supporting Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and STC Pay, with 3D Secure. Bookings are confirmed only after server-side verification that payment status is paid and the amount matches.
7. Liability
The institution is not liable for losses arising from force majeure, government actions, or traveler negligence. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and offered as a licensed add-on.
