1. Scope
This Cancellation Policy applies to all tour programs booked with Mohammed Mubarak Al-Qahtani Institution for Tour Organizing (CR 7052065740, MOT License 73109900). By completing a booking you acknowledge and accept these terms.
2. Cancellation by the Traveler
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp) using the contact details on this website, and must include the booking reference. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.
3. Refund Schedule
• 14 days or more before tour start: 100% refund minus a 5% processing / gateway fee. • 7 to 13 days before tour start: 50% refund of the total paid (incl. VAT where applicable). • Less than 7 days before tour start, or no-show: non-refundable. • Partial cancellations (reducing guests) follow the same schedule on the cancelled portion.
4. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (Mada / Visa / Mastercard / Apple Pay / STC Pay) within 14 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add additional days.
5. Changes & Postponement
Date changes requested 14+ days before departure are subject to availability and a possible date-change fee. Within 14 days, changes are treated as cancellation of the original booking under this policy, then a new booking.
6. Cancellation by the Institution
If we cancel a program for operational, safety, or regulatory reasons, you receive a full refund of amounts paid, or — with your consent — transfer to an equivalent alternative program. We are not liable for consequential costs (flights booked independently, etc.) beyond the tour price paid to us.
7. Force Majeure
Events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, epidemics, security incidents) may lead to postponement or cancellation. Remedies will be fair and proportional, in line with Ministry of Tourism guidance where applicable.
