1. Right to Transparent Information
Every traveler is entitled to clear, written disclosure of itinerary, included services, total price (with VAT), guide credentials, and emergency contacts before confirming any booking.
2. Right to Safety
All transport, accommodation and activity providers operate under valid Ministry of Tourism approvals. Travelers must be briefed on safety procedures at every program stage.
3. Right to Quality & Recourse
If a service falls short of the published specification, the traveler may file a formal complaint with the institution and escalate to the Ministry of Tourism. We commit to a first response within 24 hours and resolution within 14 days.
4. Right to Privacy
Traveler personal data is handled under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and our Privacy Policy. No data is used for unsolicited marketing.
5. Right to Non-Discrimination
All travelers are served with equal dignity regardless of nationality, gender, age, or religion, in full alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 hospitality values.
